Municipal Property
The Royale Beach Front Zone offers breathtaking views of Playa Blanca’s natural beauty, complemented by exclusive parking areas, secure spaces, recreational zones, and plenty of room for the whole family, to be developed within a 10 acre municipal lease. Designed as the perfect vacation.
Private Property
Our Coast Private Zone includes the construction of condominium towers and social and shopping areas within the 3 acres of private property owned by the project. Members can indulge in breathtaking sunsets, the soothing calm of the sea, and a range of exclusive activities designed for every taste.
